La bandera fue borrada de commons, no entiendo como reclaman copyright de símbolos que son públicos, así que hice la mía porque mi meta es que cada territorio del mundo tenga su bandera en wikipedia. Flag of Diego Ibarra municipality, Carabobo state, Venezuela. The former flag has been deleted from commons due to copyright so I draw this one myself, I don't understand how some people claim copyright about state and province simbols been those public things, my goal is than each territory in the world has its flag in wikipedia.
